Overview
Zinetti Food Products Ltd. is a Canadian manufacturer of frozen gourmet pasta and entrees.
We are looking to hire a Pasta Operations Supervisor.
The position is full-time.
The duties of the Pasta Operations Supervisor are to:
• Oversee and co-ordinate pasta department staff;
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of pasta lines;
• Provide quality control of pasta;
• R&D of new pasta products with the Executive Chef; and
• Scheduling department personnel to align with production needs;
• Identify and recommend continuous process improvement;
• Train pasta staff.

Requirements
• Completion of secondary school, GED, or equivalent;
• 3+ years experience in the pasta manufacturing industry;
• 2+ years experience supervising a commercial pasta manufacturing department;
• Ability to understand dough mixing and gluten development during the pasta making process and the development of gluten-free dough;
• Experience in the examination of received, in progress & finished pasta products / packaging materials.
